- Preference for firms with a focus on high-growth sectors.
- Must be generating significant revenue, typically over $1M annually, or have raised considerable venture capital, typically over $3M.
- Experienced substantial growth, with clear potential for continued expansion.
- Pre-revenue startups with significant traction, such as a strong user base, partnerships, or noteworthy industry recognition, may also be considered.
