To protect the integrity of our community and introductions, Silent Rich members must always represent themselves honestly and without obvious embellishment, especially when it comes to publicly-claimed professional accomplishments and resumes. We screen new members for any irregularities and may require additional personal references before connecting them with other members.
Silent Rich members are expected to be who they say they are, do what they say they will do, and be truly genuine in their interactions with others. Communicating with another member requires that they be open, honest, and respectful of any agreements they have entered into (NDAs, referral / compensation agreements, etc). It also means that they are capable of fulfilling any promises or requests they may have made.
Silent Rich members are always eager to connect with others but will remain aware of who is likely a good fit for someone and whether or not it is currently appropriate to introduce them to a given person.
Unless clearly first requested by the other party, Silent Rich does not allow direct (or soft) selling to other members. Anyone who disrespects the Silent Rich community through unapproved sales pitches, spamming, soft selling, and other inappropriate communication methods will be disallowed from events and/or have their membership permanently revoked.
While Silent Rich will make every effort to display and communicate accurate information from verified members, any information published by Silent Rich is not intended to be used as a substitute a member’s own due diligence, professional legal or business advice.
Silent Rich members agree to perform their own extensive due diligence and consult relevant experts before taking any action based on material that they have read on Silent Rich. Silent Rich Corp is not liable for any aspect of any agreement made between members.
